Just a little bit about me,

My name is Jan and I live in Northern Virginia, I have some great links below that will take you on a tour of my area. I came to the
east coast via a long and sometimes interesting route. In upcoming editions of my page I will show you some of the other places I have lived.

I work in communications and have a most interesting customer.
(see them below) I live and work rurally at an interesting and
exciting job...makes me feel most fortunate.

I have two grown children, Brad and Joe. Joe and Linda have recently made a Grandmother of me for the first time...Ofcourse, I will have many pictures of this much awaited Grandchild...

I enjoy travel, history, mythology, genealogy, fantasy, music, art and learning...lately that seems to consist of this:) Most of all I love my cabin, a place to get away and be in the woods...restorative and character building...
